Patriot Day at OVMS!

The students and staff at Orchard Valley Middle School came together today for a special service project. During their lunch periods, students wrote thank you notes to our Hometown Heroes - our Police Department, our Fire Department, our EMS Squad and our Health Care Workers.  Each student selected one of those community helpers and wrote a heartfelt thank you note.  The students then created a collage banner of all of those notes to present to each community organization.

At the end of the school day representatives from Washington Township Police Department, Washington Township Fire Department, Washington Township Ambulance Association and Jefferson Hospital visited Orchard Valley Middle School to be presented with the banners.
